There was an issue with "frequent stoppages of the dust collector due to dirt on the electrode plates." As a solution, regular cleaning of the electrode plates was implemented before errors occurred. By regularly replacing and cleaning the electrode plates, we maintain collection efficiency and processing quality while reducing the risk of environmental deterioration. The discharge plates are arranged in a slatted manner with stainless steel thin blades resembling saw teeth, significantly contributing to the improvement of charge density and the durability of the discharge needles. Additionally, the increased density of corona discharge due to structural improvements enhances the opportunities for dust and negative ions to come into contact! This also greatly contributes to the reduction of dust accumulation! The system can be upgraded simply by replacing the existing electrostatic dust collection device's internal dust collection unit (reform engineering)! The 'Rinetsu K-I type electrostatic dust collector' not only improves dust collection performance but also leads to a 30% cost reduction compared to the conventional Cottrell type!
